1. Hot aggregate elevator
Hot bucket elevator employs buckets installed on two chains to
deliver aggregate that heated by dryer to screen continuously. The
chains and buckets run in shell to prevent filler from flying

Not only the first-time running, but also after replacing chain or
bucket, when it runs four to five days, check and tighten all
connection bolts is necessary. It is suggested to sign during
checking to ensure no one is missed.
C. Chain tension
Use adjusting bolts on tail axle to keep tension. Allow tail axle
assembly to move up and down, so as to prevent impacting load. The
two-side adjustment should be equal. After first running, pay
emphasis on any loose phenomenon in assembly to prevent axle from
moving improperly, being damaged or overloaded.
D. Chain disassembly
If the chains are too loosened, and bolt adjustment cannot
compensate it, then the chain needs to be shortened.
Loose the adjustment bolts to maximum, open tail checking door,
attach two chains with a firm wire rope, then draw them closely,
disassemble 2-loops of each chain, reconnect the chain, then remove
wire rope. If more than 2-loops need to be disassembled, the
surplus one should be done at another section, so as to avoid
interfering between two buckets.
Reinstall all checking doors and inlets board before running.
Tension chains with adjusting bolts, and tension them again after
E. Wearable board
Check the wearable boards installed at inlet and outlet termly, and
replace them if necessary. Abrasion of all chutes lies on mix
tonnage and aggregate quality.
F. Daily maintenance
⑴. Check and screw down all tightening bolt between buckets and
⑵. Check abrasion of chain after a long time using especial decide
that the abrasion belongs to single-side or normal one.
⑶. Check the underside adjustment usually for block.
