1. Belt conveyor on cold feeding system(ground hopper)
There are two belt conveyors, one installed under hoppers to
collect and deliver diversified aggregate to inclined belt
conveyor, which conveys aggregate to dryer.
B. Inspection before start-up
⑴. After installation, check frame for configure integrity,
longitudinal straightness and transverse level.
⑵. Check the head and rail rollers for installing precision, such
as level and verticality to belt centerline.
⑶. Ensure all upper and lower supporting roller is installed
correctly, the axes of roller is plumped to conveyor center axes,
and all supporting rollers can rotate freely.
⑷. Check and lubricate all necessary parts, and prevent belt from
being contacted with grease or machine oil.
⑸. Ensure the tensioner of belt conveyor is adjusted well, namely
eliminate not only looseness but also excess tension.
⑹. Clean up material adhered to roller or supporting roller.
⑺. Clean and adjust belt sweeper.
⑻. Check gear case for oil level and lubricate it according to
manual if necessary.
⑼. Check transmission chain for tension and adjust it if necessary.
⑽. Check the electromotor for installation and connection.
⑾. Check all electric circuit for installation, such as knot, rub,
and position. The installation position of wires should not be that
of easily bumped.
C. First run
Test run is carried through empty, without conveying material.
⑴. Check the upper and lower surface of belt for run on
straight-and- centerline, if not, adjust it according to specified
⑵. Check all supporting rollers for turning and the mid roller for
the movement of pin.
⑶. Check the sweeper for impaction on belt and avoid friction
between belt and chute. After test run, material could be added to
